It is important to kill and bin them in the start. It provides strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination. A child learns to stay in focus and concentrate.
Children always seek for some recreational activity for keeping themselves fresh. Martial art is a positive employment and utilization of the spare time children have. Instead of involving into some useless, sometimes bad, activity, it is better to engage children into martial arts for good.
If not in every child, most of the children suffer from inferiority complex, lack of self confidence, feeling of worthlessness and many other similar states of mind. Martial art is good for developing confidence in a child and makes him believe in self that he can do something in life. This affects his moods as well.
